ABOUT US
Church of the Master (Baptist) in Providence, RI was formed in 1949 when Broadway Baptist Church and the First Free Baptist Society in Olneyville joined together. Rooted in a history that reaches back to 1823, the church eventually settled at 15 Valley Street on Providence’s West Side. Today, Church of the Master is known not only for Christ-centered worship but also for strong community outreach—especially its meal site in partnership with the Rhode Island Community Food Bank and its support for neighbors facing homelessness and economic hardship.
